We have introduced a seven phase approach to servicing our customers and delivering only the best AV systems possible.

• Look - We will conduct a complete site survey and analysis of your building(s) at the start of a project. This will help us to specify the right products for your specific environment.
  
• Listen - Our consultants are good listeners and this is an important part of any project. We will listen to your business drivers and needs in order that the systems we recommend are ideally suited to your operations.
  
• Discuss - We do not work in isolation. We want to be an extension of your own team. The implementation of AV systems works best when it is done in collaboration with all parties.
  
• Design - Once we know what you want and what will work best in your building(s) we will get on with the business in hand. You will be given detailed specifications and drawings of the AV technology implementations that we believe are required to meet your business objectives.
  
• Implement - Against a mutually agreed plan we will set up and install everything so that it works perfectly and looks fantastic.
  
• Train - Once you have your new AV infrastructure you need to make the most of it and we will help you to achieve this. We will train all of your staff to use the AV applications and equipment safely, effectively and appropriately.
  
• Support and maintain - And, once you have everything in place we will agree a suitable plan which leaves you to get on with your day to day work knowing that help is at hand should the need arise.
